🔑 Quick Guide to Your Patient Portal
- 🏠 Dashboard – Your starting point for everything.
- 📋 Health Records – View labs, vitals, medications, allergies.
- 📄 Documents – Access treatment plans, education materials, uploads (sign requested documents when prompted).
- 💬 Messages – Securely message your provider (notifications show new messages). Upload documents/photos to your chart using the Attach Document function within the message.
- 💳 Payments – Pay bills, view statements, and see past payments.
- 👤 About You – Review and update personal details, such as your patient profile photo (selfie).
- 🏥 About Your Practice – Find practice address and contact info.
⚡ Tip: Use the top menu to switch between sections. Click your name for account settings or to log out.

How to Prepare for Your Telehealth Appointment Via the Tebra Platform:
• Using a laptop, desktop, or tablet with a strong WiFi connection is recommended for all telehealth appointments. We do not recommend using a mobile phone due to frequent poor connectivity, which detracts from your valuable appointment time with your provider. Headphones are also recommended.
• Please sign in at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time using the telehealth appointment link you received via text or email on the day of the appointment. This allows for time to troubleshoot any connection, audio, or visual issues that can occur with telehealth.
• If you are unable to sign in for your appointment, call/text (904) 544-3608 before your scheduled appointment time to request assistance and to avoid a no-show/late-cancellation fee.

You will receive a welcome email directly from Headway before your appointment.
Before your first visit billed through Headway:
Confirm your email
Sign all consent forms
Add your payment information (credit/debit/HSA/FSA) to Headway’s secure system for insurance copays & certain fees.
Headway will process payments and submit claims to your insurance on yours & BeNu’s behalf.
